About HERC
Administration
The Upstate New York HERC is co-lead by Cornell University and Syracuse University and is currently housed in the Office of the Associate Provost for Academic Administration at Syracuse University. Program administration is performed by Syracuse University staff. Syracuse University is responsible for the collection and deposit of annual membership fees and disbursement of such fees for necessary expenses of the Upstate New York HERC. Neither Cornell University nor Syracuse University will derive any revenue from the Upstate New York HERC.
